Candle Spa – Pomegranate & White Fig Luxury Candle Review

So happy to bring you the first of two reviews for Candle Spa. Sam wrote about their company already and today I’m bringing you a candle review.  They sent me their Pomegranate and White Fig scents in candle (30cl) and reed diffuser form. Everyone in the world knows how much pomegranate has been a big scent choice of mine in the last few years. There is something very intense about the scent that really draws me into it.

A stylish and beautiful blend of exotic fresh fig fruit, fresh fig fruit, pink pepper, cardamom, frankincense and citrus, leading to a heart of clove, patchouli, lily, blended with fruity blackcurrant, warming Amber and woody fig bark.

Sounds gorgeous doesn’t it? The soy wax candle itself is beautiful, I love the clean and white vessel that it’s in. it’s good quality too and can easily be cleaned out after use to recycle it. Which I love! Read More

June’s Tropic Like It’s Hot box was definitely another winner for us, we especially loved the fabulous pink and green palm tree packaging, made us want to run away on holiday somewhere palm tree-ey.

Paddywax Library Mark Twain Boxed Candle Review

Regular instagram followers will know that I do enjoy a good quote and any chance to get a good quote AND a candle is always going to be a winner for me. When The Fragrance Lounge asked me to review a Paddywax candle, there were so many choices but as soon as I saw this one. I knew I had to have it!

Also I absolutely loved the scent choice and as everyone knows by now, I’m such a vanilla fan and last year also made me branch out more into more mandle type scents; oak, tobacco, amber etc. Tobacco Flower is a scent I’ve sampled quite a lot recently, maybe it was the vanilla that made me like this one more but it really is the best one. This could be because this is actually the only soy wax version actually, that really could be why.

It isn’t an overly floral scent, so obviously I love this.  If you are more into your fruity or food scents, then this one is definitely not for you. I would definitely recommend this for the man in your life… also I’m sure a lot of you will enjoy it too. The Vanilla does sweeten it out and it could still make you think of a relaxing spa I’m sure.

The Little Melt Company have a wide selection of handmade wax melts in various shapes and sizes and all lovingly made by the fabulous Joanne and Debbie. They use the highest quality soy wax and fragrance oils in their wax melts to produce strong long lasting fragrances.
