Cult Beauty Haul

There was two Stila products that I wanted to buy from Cult Beauty, they were on my “WANT!” shopping list, so when I got an email about their Best of 2016 Goody Bag which is worth over £280 but was FREE when you spent £150 I knew it was time to do some shopping.

I’ve been running low on a lot of skincare products so I thought about what I actually NEEDED and not just what I wanted. I also looked at who I still had to buy Christmas gifts for to see if I could find anything for them.

So what did I end up buying?

Stila Cosmetics Star Light, Star Bright Highlighting Palette – One of my favourite YouTubers, the fabulous Tati, did a review of this (see that HERE) and totally sold me on it. I love the texture of them and the colours aren’t too dark which suits my snow white skin perfectly. They’re so creamy and luxurious.

Stila Cosmetics Eyes are the Window Shadow Palette – I saw this palette on Instagram a while back and it just screamed my name. I’ve mentioned before that I’m not a fan of neutral palettes, I just don’t like browns or nudes. I feel like why wear brown when you could wear something bright and fabulous.
My go-to eyeshadow colours are purples, turquoises and silvers so this had everything I loved and I thought it would be the perfect palette to bring travelling. The colours are just insanely beautiful and you could do so many great looks with it. Some of the paler shades would be perfect to use as highlighters too.
My absolute favourite thing about this palette is, and you probably can’t see it in the picture, but the pale lilac shade and the purple shade both have like aqua coloured glitter in them, they’re beyond amazing and I’m pretty sure Stila made those colours with me in mind. 😀

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse – When we were on holiday in Belguim I kept seeing Nuxe products EVERYWHERE and I was so intrigued, then on our flight home there was the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse in the in flight catalogue and I went to buy one cause I saw it as a sign, but they were out of stock. The crazy cold weather here in Ireland hasn’t been good to my skin or hair so I knew I had to get some, it smells so freakin good and I have a feeling it’ll work miracles.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm – I’m a serious EOS fan girl, I must have about twenty of them all around the place and in all my handbags, BUT as great as they are they haven’t been totally helping my wicked dry, cracked, winter lips, I needed something super powerful.  I read that one of these is sold every 28 seconds around the world and that made me want to try it. I used this before bed the night I got it and I woke up with brand new lips, no joke. Probably the greatest lip treatment ever. I actually saw this on sale on another site and bought another one, I’m already hooked!

Emma Hardie Amazing Face Vitamin C Intense Daily Serum – I had gotten a sample of this before and quite liked it and I was out of serum so decided to just treat myself and buy a full size. It’s really good and says it will improve hyper-pigmentation and age or sun spots while brightening and strengthening the skin. It also minimizes pores and restructures the skin. I particularly like that it’s light in texture but you can really feel how it moisturizes your skin.

I also got a gift for my friend but that’s totes top secret. 😛

So what’s in the FREE Best of 2016 Goody Bag? So much fabulousness!

I spent so long just ooooh-ing at everything it was like Christmas had come early.
I haven’t tried, or even opened the majority of things but overall I’m well impressed. The Morphe brush is so soft and I’m obsessed with the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector, it makes me look so radiant, if I do say so myself. 😛
I can’t wait to try everything else and I think I’ll be using the £15 Gift Card towards a Morphe Palette, if I can ever decide which one I want!
