Vix Wix Wax Melts kindly sent me some of their Love Spell clamshell wax tarts to try out and review; I’ve tried Love Spell scented home fragrance products before, but haven’t had them in a long time so I’d genuinely forgotten what it smelled like and how much I really, really liked that scent.
Vix Wix describe Love Spell as “cheeky cherry, apple and peaches” but I think there’s so much more too it. It’s a really complex and feminine fragrance. You can definitely spell the juicy peach element, but I can detect a medley of various fruits and berries, like zesty orange, tart raspberry, sweet strawberry as well as some vanilla and musk elements too.
It’s a very layered fragrance, a little bit fruity, a little bit floral, a little bit sweet and decadent, like I said before, complex, but in a very good way.
All Vix Wix products are made with soy wax and just jam packed with fragrance, it’s crazy, I got easily 20 hours (5 regular tealights) worth of scent out of one cube! Like for me, 12 hours is usually impressive, so I was just blown away by how long the scent lasted. I had it melting in our large open plan living room, but I reckon in a smaller room or when using a warmer you could easily get hours more from one cube.
I kept texting Sarah every time I changed a tealight I was just so impressed.
Check out my unicorn burner! Isn’t it fab?! I bought it from Vix Wix. Check out all their burners HERE.
I think Love Spell might be one of my new favourite scents for summer, I can’t recommend it enough.
Stay tuned for more Vix Wix reviews from us and be sure to show them some love on Facebook, Twitter and on Instagram and check out their Etsy store, HERE, too.
