Festive PartyLite Scents Review

PartyLite have lots of new and fabulous scents for Christmas, perfect to get you and yours feeling all lovely and Christmassy!

Bayberry – The classic holiday notes of balsam and bayberry are romanced by clove and nutmeg for a captivating seasonal scent.

Cinnamon Sparkle – The festive scent of cinnamon and spice swirled with soft woods.

Crimson Berry – The sparkling scent of red berries mingled with spices and caramel.

Emerald Balsam – The invigorating scent of fresh balsam and pine.

Golden Birch – The cozy scent of rich woods and spice mingled with a touch of smoky air.

Holiday Spices – The comforting scent of vanilla, cinnamon and cloves.

Iced Snowberries – The sweet blend of berries and fruits dusted by a touch of vanilla and musk.

Spruce in the Snow – The freshness of spruce, fir, cypress and pine coated in a blanket of snow.

I was lucky to be sent a trio of festive scents from PartyLite to try out and review, I was especially happy to get one of my favourite scents of year, Golden Birch, to try again.

The scents in the trio of candles were Emerald Balsam, Crimson Berry and Golden Birch.

I’ve mentioned before my general dislike of pine or woodsy type scents, so I was a bit apprehensive about trying Emerald Balsam and whilst it wasn’t my favourite scent I didn’t dislike it. It was quite fresh and I got some hints of citrus from it which is always good. Emerald Balsam scented candles would be an ideal gift for anyone who loves the scent of a real Christmas tree.

Look at that for a perfect burning! See how clean the glass is, totally smoke free. It’s witch craft I tells ya. 😉

Crimson Berry was just lovely, a real warm and comforting Christmas scent. I love berry and citrus scents but what I really enjoyed most about this particular scent was the hints of spice and caramel; imagine a cinnamon creme brulée with caramelised sugar and red berry coulis and that’s exactly what this candle smelled like.

I love PartyLite candles, I’ve never had a bad experience with one; they burn perfectly, the whole clean burning thing still AMAZES me, not one bit of black smoke to be found anywhere and the throws are always great from start to finish.
