I’ve been loving reviewing Vix Wix products recently, I really think handmade products are the way to go. With Vix Wix products you can see how much time, thought, effort and love goes in to them. I still can’t go over how long I got out of my Love Spell melts, you can read that review HERE.
My latest product to review is some Lemon & Lime Cooler Wax Melts.
Vix Wix sent me some of their Wax Melt Shot Pots to test out and review and they really couldn’t have picked better scents for me.
Amaretto – I was so happy when I saw that Vix Wix had sent me a an Amaretto Wax Pot to try out and review. The scent is a lovely blend of sweet almond, luxurious vanilla with a tiny bit of ripe, juicy cherries. We really love our nutty and cherry fragrances here at V&L so I knew for sure I’d love this one.
I melted half the wax pot in an oil burner and I got about three tealights / 12-15 hours out it. The scent throw wasn’t too overpowering which is a good thing, it’s a really decadent scent so if it was crazy strong I think would be quite sickening. Read More
Vix Wix sent me a whole bunch of fabulous products to review, I recently reviewed their Love Spell Wax Melts, you can read that review HERE, the next product I decided to try out was their Shortcake Soy Wax Brittle.
The Shortcake Wax Brittle smelled like freshly baked shortcake, with lots of vanilla, sugar and butter elements. It made me so hungry! I especially loved the almost savoruiness of it from the salty butter element, if you love scents and treats that mix sweet and salty, like salted caramel then you’ll go nuts for this scent. Vix Wix Wax Melts kindly sent me some of their Love Spell clamshell wax tarts to try out and review; I’ve tried Love Spell scented home fragrance products before, but haven’t had them in a long time so I’d genuinely forgotten what it smelled like and how much I really, really liked that scent.
