Sam’s August Favourites
I’m so happy that it’s almost autumn, I’m loving the cooler days and nights, I honestly thought the crazy heatwaves and all the humidity would never go away.
I don’t have a lot of favourites this month, I’ve kept my makeup and skincare pretty minimal in the heat, although I can already feel the cold starting to dry my skin out so no doubt I’ve have lots of skincare faves over the next couple of months.
And It Was All Yellow…
Yellow is so on trend right now, we’ve heard it called “gen-z yellow” or “millennial mustard” both of which sorta ruin it a bit for us, so we’re just gonna call anything that is basically a shade of yellow, yellow. Cool?
I love that it’s trendy in the colder months, cause it’ll really brighten up the dull, grey days and the cold, dark nights.

We’ve been friends with Lyn, the genius behind this wonderful brand, for a super long time now and we love her to bits, she’s the sweetest and makes the best candles and products EVER, so whenever she releases anything new we get so excited!

How is it May already?! The year is just flying in. I’m liking the weather at the moment, it’s not too hot which I like and thank Thor there’s no more snow.
