Still seems incredible to me that 2018 is over – where did that go? We like to do monthly favourites but it’s always good to lookback on our favourites from the year. So Sam has already shared hers and here are mine;
It’s flying by this year – it’s crazy how fast!
My March favourites are-
Pomegranate candle from Aldi
Did you even go into Aldi if you don’t pick up one of their Jo Malone dupe candles?! I’ve always got at least one “in stock” at home haha. I’m also a lover of a two wick candle… why have one wick when you can have two… or more!
Gawd this smells SO good – I love a good boozy candle smell. It’s not the best candle for burning though, it did burn down but left a lot of wax at the sides. I used the foil trick to help but for the scent it was worth it. Just wish some of the high street brands stopped mass producing some of their products and tested them properly. I wouldn’t buy this as a gift for someone else but for me, I’d get it again but probably try and grab it on offer. I also really like the jar. Read More
This blog post could have been SO long as I seemed to be loving a load of products at the moment, so I have made the list as short as possible.
Here are my June Favourites;
I’ve loved this for such a long time but I’ve found it has a great secret weapon ability. I’ve been doing the squat challenge for a few months now as my thighs are beyond awful! Massaging this into my thighs, especially after doing my squats has really helped to make them ache less after. Also my cellulite isn’t as bad as it used to be! Could be a mix of the product, the exercise and drinking more water but it really is working. Also I love to use this just as I’ve got out of the shower all over, for a good pamper. Read More
I cannot believe that it’s basically June, I’m not complaining, as I have lots to look forward towards the end of the year. I do hope that the summer doesn’t drag on, I’m not a fan of heat or sunshine, I’m all about snow and lack of sun!
So as I’m avoiding all the UV rays and vitamin d, I thought I’d share some of my favourite products from May with you…
I’ve been particularly rubbish sustaining any sort of night routine with taking my make up off. I’ve had times where I’ve been really good with it and then forgotten about it. I’ve recently got back into bullet journaling again and made my skincare routine one of my habit trackers.
I bought the Garnier softening cleansing lotion and their soothing vitamin-enriched toner when they were on offer in Boots (I’ve found out they are pretty much always on some kind of offer – winning!). Read More
