September, the month of back to school and when we all know that autumn is on it’s way. I absolutely love this time of year and the run-up to Christmas and it’s great to look back on last month with my favourites.
I was forever listening to music in my teens and whilst I wouldn’t say that I’ve ever stopped. I would say that I listen to less now, probably less of my own choosing. Baby Shark anyone?!
I have also noted that I’m more likely to not keep up with who is No 1 any more but I’ll be the first to tell everyone when someone I have actually bought their record gets there. Ed Sheeran probably.
I use Spotify a lot and find its algorithm to be pretty good to play the stuff that I really love and it’s good at introducing me to a lot of new music too. That said, I do find a lot of the time I’m relying on an app for my music knowledge – Shazam. When I’m watching TV, mostly American TV I normally have the app loaded up on my phone because there will be at least one song that makes me say “ooh what’s this?”.

It’s so yum and I have stored wax melts of the scent wrapped up very carefully – I still have some left for later this year. I must ask if they will be back for Christmas!
Anyway, they’ve had a bit of a revamp and you’ll see in their store how great it all looks. I was very kindly set some goodies and these soy wax melts immediately caught my eye, probably because one of them had marshmallow in – yum! Read More
How can it possibly be June?! Although I do have an exciting June, so I’m not too unhappy that it’s here now. 😉
Anyway, here’s a look at my May Favourites.
I love using dry shampoo’s to add texture and a boost to my roots – with my thick and wavy hair I find my hair really pulls down and leaves my roots… very flat! Using a dry shampoo really helps to lift and I absolutely LOVE Colab because you don’t get that white residue that makes you look like you’ve suddenly gone white! Also this one smells like unicorns… winner! (think fruity!)
I would like a travel range in this brand. Smaller cans. Read More
