I feel that a lot of my ‘wishlist’ items this year are very much things that everyone in my family knows are favourites and I was thinking a bit more of what is ‘new for me’ for this list. Something that might make my family be a little surprised when they see this. Hopefully it might help with some ideas for you or to help with your shopping too.
Chloe Nomade – A perfume with an intense character of oak moss, shrouded in the sweetness of cherry plum and the freshness of freesia. I got a sample of this recently and I was so surprised by it and it’s something I’d probably think of more as a spring scent but then it’s good to be prepared.
Black Opium Floral Shock – The addictive signature of Black Opium wrapped in quivering freshness: the warm sensuality of black coffee shaken with the fresh bold notes of citrus and white flowers. Yes, another perfume. I’ve loved all the different Black Opium scents and I admit I didn’t think that I would love this one as I don’t always like floral scents but I love it!
Origins Ginzing Energy Boosting Gel Moisturiser – I love this stuff and hadn’t realised that I was needing a replacement. I always recommend the eye cream… there’s a gift set where you can get them both. HINT HINT!
Caudalie Beauty Elixir – Another sample that I absolutely loved and I’d totally forgotten about it and then overheard people talking about their skincare routine as they shopped in Selfridges last week.
KeepCup – I’ve various cheaper style of flasks and reusable mugs but recently whilst walking my dog in this colder weather I’ve been taking an actual mug of coffee on my walks. I’ve had a few looks and I did always think that I wouldn’t become one of those dog walkers… no judgement! I like that there are various designs and I think this could be a new collectable for me.
Your Skin But Better CC+ Illumination SPF 50+ by IT Cosmetics – I feel like this brand have very much become the new ‘thing’ every beauty blogger talks about this year. I was very late in checking them out but when I did I was impressed. I like that they have a great choice of colours and the quality of their products is so good. I also feel that a SPF of 50 is such a good thing for my skin nowadays.
That is my short and sweet list of things that I’m hoping that people see but if not, I’ll grab it in the sales. Do you love the sales or avoid them?
