Our buddies at Colton Candles kindly sent me some of the Rio Carnival wax melts to try out and review. The scent is described as “layers of the most exotic fruit notes including star fruit, lychee, and dragon fruit balanced on a base of mango, papaya, and hints of lime.”
I’m all about the fruity scents and this one is really in a league of its own, it’s so unique! On a cold smell it’s very tropical but when it’s melting the lime really comes through and makes it so zesty and bright. It’s a very refreshing and uplifting aroma, it really perks you up.
I’m a big fan of Colton Candles’ products, especially their wax melts, on average I get about three to four tealights out of one cube which is awesome. With the Rio Carnival melts I got five tealights, so about twenty hours out of one cube, which is wicked! Their products are just jammers with fragrance.
