Rosemary or herb scented candles have been known to help people concentrate better, sage scented candles in particular can ease anxiety, tension and stress and eucalyptus can be invigorating.

Apple scented candles are great if you suffer from headaches or migraines.

Coffee scented candles can actually perk you up just as much as a cup of coffee will.

Baby Powder scented candles have a calming effect and are great for when you want to relax, more so than lavender.

Jasmine alleviates anxiety and depression.

Mandarin/Neroli/Orange Blossom scented candles relieve stress, anxiety and can help with insomnia.

Peppermint candles are great for nausea and also for headaches.

You might think that rose or floral scented candles in particular can add romance to your surrounding but actually it’s been found that pumpkin scented candles can get you in the mood for looovvve! Sandalwood is also very seductive.

You probably never think that scent can do so much but incorporating certain candles into your life can do a lot of good.
